Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly: your name, mobile phone number, email address, vehicle details, and any message you send when you request a quote, book an appointment, or contact us. We also collect basic technical data (such as your browser type and pages visited) to operate and improve the site.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to quote and booking requests, schedule and service appointments, send appointment reminders and post-visit follow-ups (including a request to leave a review), provide customer support, and operate our business. We do not sell your information.

SMS/text messaging

With your consent, we send text messages related to your appointments and inquiries — including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, review requests, and replies to questions you send us. You provide consent by submitting your mobile number on our quote form (which displays a consent notice beside the phone field) or verbally/in person when booking. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services (such as our SMS provider, Twilio) is limited to what is necessary to deliver the messaging service. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for any other purpose.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our scheduling, email, and SMS providers), our website hosting and database providers (Vercel, Supabase), and the analytics and advertising partners listed below, and when required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

Our site uses cookies and similar tools from a few providers to understand how it is used and to measure our advertising:

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — pages visited, how you got here, device and browser type, approximate location, and which buttons you tap (such as call buttons).
Microsoft Clarity — how visitors scroll and click (session replays and heatmaps), with form entries masked. It only loads if you accept cookies.
Google Ads and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) advertising, including remarketing, which we use or may use — whether a visit or inquiry came from one of our ads, and to show our ads to past visitors.
Cloudflare Turnstile — a bot check on our forms that looks at browser and device signals to tell people from spam.

When you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, we note the campaign details in the link (such as a Google or Meta click ID) and keep them with your quote or booking request so we know which ads work.

Analytics and advertising cookies are off until you accept them in our cookie banner; the site works either way. To change your choice, use in the footer to reset it and see the banner again. You can also manage ads at Google Ads Settings, aboutads.info, and in your Meta ad preferences.

Data retention & security

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices
